What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

Onspring is easy to use, the business owner can manage it themselves without having to rely on the IT department for administration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to customize and to migrate existing business process to the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it's easy to establish reference relationships between applications, sometimes it is hard to allow event driven user actions to allow a record in one application to establish a relationship with a record in a different application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it, you won't regret it. I've used more expensive competing software in this space, Onspring beats them by a mile.
