Ideal for high stakes legal contracts.

What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

I selected onespan sign as a tool that, when challenged, would hold up in court. The audit trail is so powerful, including everything from ip addresses to timestamps for every action, that they blow other e-sign tools away. I believe it is the best because it emphasizes legal validity of above signature over everything else. It has made me much more confident using my digital contracts and streamlined the filing process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The thing i like best is the “visual” audit trail which literally leads us to replay the signing ceremony to see exactly what happened. It also is very easy to create a signing experience that fits our brands look & feel. The software is responsive and i never feel waiting for a page to save my change or load. The final pdfs are excellent and the signature quality is so high it makes us look like a very well established buisness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One integration with our internal systems was somewhat more technical than we had anticipated. It will take some developer time to optimise using the platforms api.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is recommended if you want the most secure and legally defensible signing tool. It is robust and trustworthy software to safeguard your business, giving you the contracts that boost professionalism with a safety net.
