What differentiates OnePlan from other similar products?

OnePlan has created a bridge within our departments by creating a visual of projects, resources, and planning at our fingertips.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have one location for all things project management. We no longer need to use 3-4 different technologies to deliver project timeline, status, KPIs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't feel I have found anything that I dislike to date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the online free trainings. These have helped our teams learn the tool and adopt it faster.

Resource Planning and Financial cost management managed at specific initiative levels allowing historical tracking throughout an Initiatives full lifecycle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance and speed - can be slow to load and entry points loading time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Investigating existing product functionality so you can implement the system using its full capability including clarity on the initiation, usage and closeout of an initiative to ensure its full lifecycle and process requirement meet strong governance.
