What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Dayforce for real-time data updates. Changes to employee data, such as hours worked or benefit changes, are reflected instantly, increasing accuracy and reducing the chance for errors. Helps recruit, hire and develop staff, may manage talent, candidate tracking, performance reviews and career development.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If more modules and customizations are added, costs can go up.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
OnBoard is very intuitive and the selections are very direct. Trustees go straight to the meeting materials when they sign in and can join the Zoom right in the meeting section. The options for finding subject matter are very uncomplicated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of layout provides users with clear options to go where they want to go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of ability to customize, and the fact that the administrator cannot see what the user is receiving when messages are sent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the relationship that is available to you with the onboarding , training, and customer management staff. It is very personal and supportive with OnBoard.
