What differentiates OKTA Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication from other similar products?

Okta has the highest number of integrations with on-premise , identity stores (LDAP, Active directory ) and cloud based apps. This has afforded users like myself, secured access to the most important apps I require to be productive at work, from anywhere I am.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automatic integration with pre-built apps is my favorite aspect of Okta, at the present time. Automating integration with a large section of software tools I utilize in the workplace has enhanced how quickly I can access my work apps securely, from anywhere.

What do you dislike most about this product?

no provision for me to copy and paste otp on the Okta mobile app. User integration and directory configuration takes too much time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Okta is generally user friendly , so one expects the average user to get a hang of it pretty quickly. However, accessing advanced functionalities on Okta still does require some level of training.
