What differentiates Nifty from other similar products?

Its similar to Trello which is a good product - i am unsure on differentiator aspect besides trello being easier to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its very good for alerting colleagues about an assignment

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think trello is easier from a UI and end user perspective

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Calculate how many seats you need as pricing on Nifty (and competitors as well to be fair) can add up quickly

What differentiates Nifty from other similar products?

The integration of Google Docs, strategic planning and full integration of tasks into the bigger strategic picture works wonderfully.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having shared Google Docs to create notes is an awesome idea and works great

What do you dislike most about this product?

The number of customization settings was lacking for us. It can do a LOT, but sometimes I don't want to fill in all the fields or even have them visible. And sometimes I wanted a more clear, intuitive method to connect dependencies. This was quite time-consuming. We have found some sort of a flow now, but are not 100% sure we won't be looking into other solutions in the future

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great all in.1 solution for managing tasks and connecting them to the bigger picture

What differentiates Nifty from other similar products?

Looks great, UX is acceptable to good. It has mixed features os all kinds of collaboration tools. But features are not flashed out. There are some limitations and missed opportunities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is that we can chat with our team as in slack but the task list is just one tab away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not provide a full "vendor to client" experience. User flow is very fragmented with a lot of manual work. Also there's no integration with accounting apps and proposal sending is not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If integration with other software is not important, it can be a great collaboration platform.
