It’s rare to see a conversational AI platform that gives both low-code tools for speed and deep extensibility for developers while maintaining enterprise-grade scalability and compliance

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing tends to be enterprise-oriented; there’s no clearly documented low-tier pricing or “startup friendly” plan. Many of the powerful features / voice + LLM orchestration + omnichannel add-ons come at additional cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you deal with sensitive information (PII, regulated data), check how Cognigy will handle data in transit, in endpoints, how prompts are handled, whether your LLM usage complies with data protection laws. Make sure to map which data flows go where.
