I appreciate how easily I can tailor the clinical templates to fit specific specialties and workflows. This flexibility reduces redundant data entry and makes documentation more intuitive for providers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementing and configuring the system can be time-consuming, especially for smaller practices without dedicated IT support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
