What differentiates NCR VOYIX Counterpoint from other similar products?

NCR is a much robust solution, data safety is crucial in this business, and will working with inventory our company can relay that the date is well kept by NCR

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To me, the Inventory communication module is a plus...having the staff working while I get to see my live transactions is a very good tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

NCR is a very robust system, if you really want to control your BOH, then NCR POS is the way to go.

What differentiates NCR VOYIX Counterpoint from other similar products?

It allows purchases through mobile application, which allows customers to reduce the time between purchase and purchase, which in the long run helps companies to create campaigns that are adapted to customers without having to resort to other systems of additional commerce and service that is a complicated experience for customers, while also conducting secure and efficient transactions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most is its data grouping system through the collection of activities carried out by clients previously, which can help to create rewards for brand loyalty as well as control the participation and response of consumers quickly both for clients and partners

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problems

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a tool aimed at maximizing the efficiency of digital commerce and this, thanks to its interface designed primarily for customers, is an accessible tool for any industry
