What differentiates NCR Counterpoint from other similar products?

I am only familiar with NCR, so I can not compare, but I imagine NCR Counterpoint is somewhat similar to their competitors. NCR does seem to the biggest name in the game, I see NCR POS stations while out shopping quite a bit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use and train new employees. Takes no time to train new employees on how to use NCR.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How many glitches we get. We regularly get double-charge transactions and fail to saves; where we get the payment thankfully but the ticket that has the item details gets lost fairly often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do research into other companies in your area and decide what is best for your needs, but I believe NCR Counterpoint won't disappoint.

What differentiates NCR Counterpoint from other similar products?

NCR is a much robust solution, data safety is crucial in this business, and will working with inventory our company can relay that the date is well kept by NCR

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To me, the Inventory communication module is a plus...having the staff working while I get to see my live transactions is a very good tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

NCR is a very robust system, if you really want to control your BOH, then NCR POS is the way to go.
