The details on how the information of the devices is showed to IT guys

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is so buggy sometimes. Product can only be implemented in the US territory. Not recommended for companies that has remote location outside US

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not best option for remote sites outside the US. Outside US can be use throught VPN able to assign US IP addresses
