What differentiates N-able Cove Data Protection from other similar products?

Single pane of glass for management (365, workstations, server, windows, linux all in one interface). Feature rich, cloud first (no need for onsite storage), Built in DRaaS, excellent pricing and pooled space ensures you never go over your allocated storage amount, support is top notch, dedicated engineers and account managers that care and will reach out to you to go over your console, new features and where you can make improvements!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The team behind the products is my favorite part of partnering with NABLE! From my account manager to the dedicated product engineers assigned to me, I can't say enough good things about the culture at NABLE. It is what all corporations should strive for and is a breath of fresh air in this industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any dislikes. I know hard to believe!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo the product. You won't be disappointed at how easy it is to setup, manage and maintain. As a solo MSP shop NABLE and Cove have allowed me to grow beyond what I thought was possible. The team behind the products and account management are awesome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is the intuitive interface and the way Cove makes implementation and management simple. Tasks that are naturally complex—such as retention policies—are handled in a simple, practical way in Cove. This simplicity helps reduce operational effort and costs, which are critical factors in any backup scenario.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about COVE. It is a mature solution that is constantly evolving. While I believe there is always room for improvement in any solution, the product roadmap has demonstrated that development is aligned with emerging needs and challenges.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test backup times, retention, and ease of implementation and management in a real-world scenario
