I think the software is flawless because I had everything there that I need and the support team is also available to answer even nonserious questions as some people may not have the necessary technical skill sets, their support staff will take us through the server setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've been using it for a long time. I never had any big issue with it but I think MyWorkDrive server maintenance does demand certain technical skills, but customer support is prepared to assist with file & protocol problems. Secondly, the configuration does not automatically implement HTTPS on the server so I must manually update the protocol and bindings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Stop investigating other solutions if you're also seeking a remote file management system and focus solely on its features. Because it is the only option that is user-friendly, adaptable, safe, and has good performance features that make you feel at ease, I think it will completely satisfy all of our needs.

Simple to install and configure with our existing file server. There are enough functionality and access choices, including online, desktop client, and mobile apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MyWorkDrive is the best alternative to sync and shares our files which boosts my confidence by offering high security but one thing they need to work on is the UI of the tool which is not clear and they have to do a lot of work to learn how to use it.

MyWorkDrive is the best option to use if you are worried about the security of content while sharing with team members then it is the best opportunity so I must say don't lose it just try it I believe you will never regret about your decision. It is the simplest solution to store, create, modify, sign and share content with others.
