What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very intuitive, does not require alot of babysitting. I get an report emailed with the results of the backup and the details right there,

What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?

We have used this program for monitoring and managing software remotely. Its real-time alerts allow us to have quick access and provide a solution to any problem that may arise with the system, it also has an event log that helps us to know the history of errors that we have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its main attribute is that we can access the software remotely, from a control panel easy to use and with useful tools that allow us to install and perform any repairs that are required. It also has reports and vulnerability analysis, which allows us to keep abreast of any errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software although I think it is simple to use, its interface could be more friendly to make it easy to access its tools and functions. The remote access is sometimes a bit complicated, I do not know if it is due to my internet provider or a direct failure of the software, but other programs perform this function much faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has been very useful when installing, monitoring and correcting software remotely, so the activities and functions of our department are much more efficient and faster. Its cost may be high for small companies, but it is definitely worth it, since its return on investment is much higher.
