What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?

Multi-Tenant Architecture: Robust multi-tenant capabilities allow MSPs to manage backup services for multiple clients from a single centralized console. Broad Cloud Storage Support: Supports a wide range of cloud storage providers, giving users more flexibility in choosing the platform that best fits their needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I'm a big fan of the automated backup testing feature. Regularly validating the integrity and recoverability of backup data gives me a lot of confidence in the reliability of the solution. It's a proactive approach that helps prevent unexpected restore failures down the line.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Backup Performance Optimization: In some cases, I've encountered slightly slower backup speeds compared to some other cloud backup solutions, particularly for larger datasets. Continued investments in backup engine optimizations, network acceleration technologies, and bandwidth management could help address any performance bottlenecks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Scope of Integrations: While MSP360 Managed Backup does integrate with various RMM tools, I feel the breadth of third-party integrations could be expanded further. Tighter integrations with popular business applications, productivity suites, and other IT management platforms would help streamline workflows and make the solution more seamless within an MSP's existing technology stack.
