I appreciate that the client file can be accessed entirely through a single interface, allowing us to view all loan details, correspondence, and supporting documents without needing to trawl through other files or launch additional programs. We can utilize their check software everywhere since we always have the application and a portable check processor with us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My main issue is the beginning cost of the customized servers needed to run the cloud-based business. However, we had to base the US operations at our headquarters. Aside from that and some anticipated licensing costs, it's pretty good, but definitely, something businesses should plan for. Initially, we planned to combine with our overseas servers and use our port-in to run.

Overall, it was a terrific tool for us, but it should be updated to stay ahead of the competition. because everyone wants the most modern system available in this field.

Because we have to do some of our own analysis, there are instances when there is simply too much data, and I have an extremely hard time obtaining past performance metrics. Make it more user-friendly and continually enhance it if you want it to be at the top of the long-term leads market.
