What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the potential drawback is the steep learning curve. It take sometime to learn completely the platform, The platform customization capabilities could be increased to allow user grater flexibility in tailoring the experience to specific organizational needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?
