Just the trust that we have on the product. I can trust it blindly. It’s reliable, efficient and no nonsense

Nothing in particular. Could use more innovation

Oh. Get it. If you’re looking to not waste money on experimenting and just using something that works and works well. Don’t try to fix something that is not broken

It can feel less dynamic and intuitive compared to modern social platforms, and adoption may be slow without clear use cases or leadership support to drive engagement

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Viva Engage works best when it’s part of a broader employee engagement strategy. Assign community champions, define use cases (e.g., leadership Q&A, cross-team sharing), and integrate it with Teams for more visibility and usage.
