What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

It has better security, we can automate how much time we need to keep certain files in our repository and then they can be deleted for everyone, it also provides granular control to the administration to view what has been added and when, and also the access control it provides

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The access control part and the analysis data from users, make it more useful for monitoring changes to files and documents, and the search option works precisely just make a proper naming convention for the files and it will be like your digital library that are safe from the threat actors

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are none to date for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If anyone thinking of purchasing it, I will recommend it.

It is able to integrate with different APIs seamlessly, also i find version controlling very easy to use and track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security and access management of it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes i feel the lag in the SharePoint links while opening it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its best tool for managing organizational documents, we can use it for many use cases from document management to integrating it to APIs for document generation it covers all.
