Real-Time filtering and sharing capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

Constant manual updates rather than an integrated update for installing monthly improvements and updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider conducting initial basic training to get users past the initial hurdle of Business Intelligence, thereafter the general usability of the MS platform software will guide the user through.
