What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

1) Ease of use and integration with MS storage, Azure / Sharepoint, etc. ' 2) Using external plugins for NLP visualization, word cloud, etc. This is an evergrowing list and helps in developing appealing dashboards 3) Availability of training and vibrant online community for issue resolution, feature exploring, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I Like about Power BI is that provides a lot of creative features such as buttons, drill throughs which help in making the dashboards more efficient and interactive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool has a lot of positives attributes. However, Power BI has a lot of challenges especially when it comes to its User Interface. The user interface is so occupied that it can be very difficult for new learners to keep everything in their minds. The tool also crashes occasionally when the tool has to load the data from a database

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It took a long time to learn it to the point where I felt confident without support of either representatives or other users, and I still don't feel that I can use it in a way that feels intuitive, like some other softwares.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Microsoft Power BI is easy to use and has many educational resources and certification programs that make it much easier to learn and use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with the Microsoft Power Platform applications/services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The icons and the font size on the report tab are very small.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be great if one of your teamwork studied the official learning materials available on Microsoft Learn and took a certification exam related to Power BI/ Power Platform /Azure Platform. Also, it's critical to focus on the privacy/security aspects of Power BI.
