What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

The ease with which it integrates with ticketing systems like Freshservice is awesome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can get variety of reports with different views and can be customized as required. The customization is the best aspect of the product along with accurate data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the reports do not get populated with latest data

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For data analytics it is best tool available in the market, you can just go ahead and give it a try.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Power Bi is among the few mainstream visualization platforms that allows users to build customized visuals. In my experience with Power Bi, I have on a few occasions had to customize specific data visualization requirements to address organization and industry needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it really convenient turning my data into simple visuals , that I can use for a wide range of use cases. This is only made possible as a result of the vast visualization options that Power Bi makes available for users like me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Power Bi's integration capability is highly rigid. Perhaps, this is reminiscent of most Microsoft products , in that it is designed to work best within the Microsoft ecosystem , and this makes the process of integrating Power Bi with third party software products, quite untidy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I rate Power Bi as one of the best data visualization platforms , especially for departments and organizations who already maintain a Microsoft software environment.
