What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

One Drive for Business makes it easy to not only store documents but to simplify integration with other products in the Microsoft ecosystem. It provides a unified interface that our users are accustomed to and makes it easy for them to store and share documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to access files from desktop to mobile makes it a seamless part of the user experience. Being able to access critical documents on the go is a major benefit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the access controls compared to another product out there are not yet present. Granular control for different data types needs updating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether starting from scratch or migrating from another platform, having the ability to use a common interface for administration or end user type applications is a great benefit.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

The biggest selling point is Microsoft's suite of cloud products which is much no brainer and OneDrive being a part of it makes It even better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OneDrive's integration with outlook and teams is great when the files u attach or receive from mails and the files shared over in chat are seamlessly backed up in one drive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing of as right now as it works brilliantly for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it, when you get into the Microsoft ecosystem, its suite includes one drive and its very essential to protect and share data within the organization.
