What differentiates Microsoft Exchange Online Protection from other similar products?

The product has been evolving over the years and has become a premier email security platform. While it can be used in tandem with other systems, it is now something that can stand on its own for things like threat protection, impersonation protection and utilizing AI to protect end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to configure advanced settings in a user friendly GUI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the options for protection are automated or don't allow granular controls and configuration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a demo and a comparison with other products like Ironport and Barracuda and consider Microsoft for the ease of use and configuration.
