It would be unwise to deny that the central point for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is that it is from Microsoft and could have many good connections with all Microsoft products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Good usability and friendly interface. No need for any training to start to work with this CRM

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes could be bags when you decided to switch from on-premise Microsoft Dynamics to cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365. The process should be easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have Microsoft Dynamics on-premise, definitely, should go to a cloud - Microsoft Dynamics 365
