Microsoft Dqs : Consistent, Valuable Data Quality

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Data Quality Services from other similar products?

There are many key features that set Microsoft DQs apart from others:    1.) Easy integration with SQL data servers, which makes it a natural choice for efficient data management.  2.) It leverages knowledge bases and domains to perform data cleansing.  3.) It provides top-notch data profiling that allows us to analyze data, which helps us make data-driven decisions.  4.) Also, the pricing of Microsoft DQs is very competitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My few key favorite features of Microsoft DQs are: 1.) Seamless integration process of organization data flow with SQL data servers  2.) It's easy to find out any anomalies and inconsistent or duplicating data via features like data cleansing and correcting.  3.) It helps to gain valuable information about data and identify the issue with data management via data profiling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a new one to begin with Microsoft dqs, I find the initial integration and setup of Microsoft dqs a little complex, and having prior knowledge about it makes the process a little easier. You have to be consistent about putting effort into maintaining data quality management. Pricing is good, but there is always a scope for reducing pricing based on need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to gain prior knowledge about integration and setup processes so it will be easy to begin with this product.  The customer support comes from their side, and they are the best in DQs.   Pricing depends on your needs, and that's good.
