What differentiates Microsoft SQL Server from other similar products?

The process of developing ETL based solutions is generally faster than other methods. It automates the process of data loading into your data warehouse or operational system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives much better performance in loading and transformation process than hand-coded or manual solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SSIS memory usage is high and it conflicts with SQL

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You need to ensure that processer allocation between SQL and SSIS is done properly otherwise SQL have upper hand in it and due to that SSIS run very slow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has an intuitive interface and features that help improve the performance of our work teams. It avoids information leaks and allows to assign access levels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints about SSIS.

Study well the user guides as it is a complex thing to understand in depth.
