Mainly, it has very good integration with the Microsoft ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mainly it is part of ecosystem. i dont have to switch from Outlook, teams or excel to work done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think for small organisation, its pricing will be difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i would say list down your requirement then take specific modules. Dont customised at initial level use standard one.
