What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Azure Monitor collects and analyzes data from various sources, including Azure resources, virtual machines, containers, and applications, to provide insights into the overall health and performance of the monitored systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike as per my knowledge and experience

If you are azure shop the you must leverage azure native cloud monitoring which comes with lots of inbuild features. only ensure you do little planning on log storage.

What differentiates Microsoft Azure Monitor from other similar products?

It's a Unified Monitoring Platform that is scalable and flexible. It collect logs and data from different sources, provide alerts, metrics, dashboard, application insights, and also integration with other Azure resources.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Alerts may be easily created through the Azure portal. The actions to be executed when an alert is fired, the resource type, the alert's condition, and the name and description can all be chosen from the dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some services, pricing is a little exorbitant, and configuration may seem difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Azure monitoring, you get a single pane of glass for all your monitoring needs. It is Easy to navigate and can also monitor non-azure resources by installing an agent
