Standout with native embedding with Word, Excel, Teams, outlook. The Agent 365 has added a enterprise level governance, audit and being a low-code it helps anyone create these agents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Native Embedding is my favorite aspect, addition enterprise governance hasn't been easier thanks to Agent 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None. It's a great product with some great enterprise level security.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to try this product, especially fintech based organizations.

The main drawback is its heavy dependence on data quality and permissions—if your organization’s Microsoft 365 data is poorly structured or access-controlled, the outputs can be incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start by treating Microsoft 365 Copilot as a workflow-integrated assistant, not a general chatbot—define clear, high-value use cases and align it to real business tasks from day one.
