Easy to use it has all advance features which required for cloud services monitoring.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customized dash boards and automatic reports sending features

What do you dislike most about this product?

They have to improve more on Kubernetes and containers discovering and more features.

For monitoring it is best tool

What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?

It gives a precise report. All the triggers sent are not false positives. Also configuring the product is not difficult

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like their idea of monitoring components using multiple sites. They have many datacentres to monitor a component

What do you dislike most about this product?

We used sight 24x7 for 7 years, not sure I disliked it. I do not know why management decided to go for pingdom

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good tool for monitoring websites and will recommend to anyone who wishes to use it
