It allows for third party integration out of the box and you get it on any plans without having to be on the premium package

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Saves time and makes remote monitoring a breeze

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sifting through the log reports can be a bit tedious

You can test out how it integrates with your system via the 30 day free trial and it also has a free forever plan with limited functions which can serve a startup
