What differentiates ManageEngine AssetExplorer from other similar products?

AssetExplorer has user-friendly dashboard. If you're already using tools like ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, or Endpoint Central, AssetExplorer integrates easily. It helps keep track of software licenses and provides audit reports, which is useful for compliance and IT audits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers both cloud-based and on-premise deployments, giving flexibility based on your business needs.Also One standout feature I really appreciate is the agentless asset discovery.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it integrates well within the ManageEngine ecosystem, integrations with third-party tools are somewhat limited. That can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make a list of what you need — hardware tracking, software license management, reporting, integration with other tools, etc. AssetExplorer is great for basic to mid-level IT asset management, discuss your requirements with OEM team and they will guide you further that which Software you requires.
