This is the most effective asset management tool I have come across.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This product ensures there is clear ownership of all assets within a given network. It works effectively to ensure that. It monitors the purchase process of an asset and the total cost required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product has been working effectively since we deployed it in our company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I totally recommend this product to any company. It is very useful in managing all asset related processes.

What differentiates ManageEngine AssetExplorer from other similar products?

What stood out to me the most about ManageEngine AssetExplorer is the fact that they include all of their platform functionality within the free version of the application. In addition, the free version does not have an expiration date. This means that you can use it freely up to 25 nodes and upgrade as needed, which is a huge plus in my book.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect about ManageEngine AssetExplorer is that it enables you to optimize the usage of your software licenses and ensure more cost-effective utilization of IT assets across your organization. It allows you to have better visibility of all IT assets within your org, monitor their usage levels, ensure ongoing compliance to usage policies, be informed about upcoming expiration dates, and be more informed about the true cost of ownership of your entire software ecosystem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not dislike anything about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend testing out the free or trial version of ManageEngine AssetExplorer in order to discover if it could bring value to your organization.
