What differentiates ManageEngine AD360 from other similar products?

It is a comprehensive suite which provide end user and admin level solution with single console. With Self service portal user can easily reset/ unlock their account with enforced MFA. Whereas Management and Reporting tool helps us to easily manage and audit all the ad activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked attribute level AD backup and Restoration and the Single Sign On for other enterprise’s applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some limitations in the predefined report where I have asked the OEM for the enhancements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a budget friendly, more effective, reliable application for your on premises / Intra ID Management and Reporting then you can go for the ManageEngine IAM solution i.e. AD360

It is different because it puts all Active Directory management tools in one place, making user management, reporting, and automation easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that everything is managed from one dashboard, which saves time and effort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is that the interface can feel complex and takes time to learn.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it if you want a powerful, all-in-one solution that simplifies Active Directory management and saves time.

Afordable, best for smb as it requirements is low as compared to other product like okta, entra id etc. Best for startup

Reports and policy configurations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GUI is not quiet good has some glitch but it can be ignore as products give great visibility on IAM posture.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider this product if ciso bugdet is tight and want more visibility on identity gaps
