What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

Lucidchart is now helping me spend less time actually working on diagrams, courtesy of its AI ( artificial intelligence ) capabilities. I only have to describe what I want in written instruction and the AI side of Lucidchart helps me generate a diagram. While it is unable to generate the perfect diagramming map or flowchart, it always succeeds in generating a diagram prototype which I can customize to match the diagram , process map or flowchart I have in mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Access to hundreds of templates, which serves as a headstart for me when creating diagrams. As a result of Lucidchart templates , I seldom have to create diagrams or charts from scratch, rather I build on available templates . This saves me valuable work time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Lucidchart experience on mobile phones is not top notch for me. While I am able to view diagrammatical documents on the mobile app, I can barely do anything more. Basically, a result of the size of mobile phone screens rather than Lucidchart being faulty.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Lucidchart's strong collaboration functionalities, contributes greatly into creating a shared group understanding of visual documentations I and my teammates are involved in creating together.

What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

Many Platforms doesn't have the features that are offered by Lucidchart to create data models and process flows. If you use Microsoft visio, It is like a legacy tool where people were following box design in computer language with flow charts that are replaced by modern technology canvas kinda editing enabled by Lucid chart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creation of data models by collaborating with my team members, I always enjoy to write my own architecture for the applications I build and When working as a team lucid chart allows to open a project for multiple users as it creates an environment where everyone can work independently and contribute, Also, If we pull SQL queries onto canvas it creates data models automatically which is really awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike, It serves the purpose that we need.

Just buy it, You'll love it.

What differentiates Lucidchart from other similar products?

Lucidchart is web based and works smoothly on my web browser. Lucid also allows for the possibility to collaboratively build diagrams simultaneously with my workmates , enabling faster completion of diagramming assignments, not minding the physical location of each member of my work group.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lucid has hundreds of templates available to me , when I need to create a diagram. Lucid's diagramming library covers different technical diagramming types from taskboards, to sales processes, reports, flowcharts, sales efficiency diagrams and so on. Having access to Lucid's library prevents me from building my technical diagrams from scratch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asides viewing documents, I struggle to do much on the mobile app. This for me, is the one weakness for Lucid which I hope will be addressed at some point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as technical diagramming goes, I doubt I have come across any other software program better than Lucidchart , in my own opinion.
