What differentiates LogMeIn Resolve from other similar products?
It works out of the box. It is simple to push the calling card with your own branding and text to every device on your estate whether that be MacOS, Windows or Linux so users have direct access to help 24/7. You can run scripts, take full control within seconds and pass files between devices easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use, simple to set up and easy to audit each individual session with management for user and support agent involvement and quality control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can take some time on slower connections that the user has to actually connect to a session.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It may not be the cheapest support remote package on the market but its the simplest to use and easy to train new support agents on.

What differentiates LogMeIn Resolve from other similar products?
We are able to improve our communication skills because to GoTo. As a rental equipment company specializing in the hospitality industry, we relied heavily on our phones for internal communications and for making external calls to suppliers, venues, and clients. We use their services because they rapidly program our new phones. Their services also include the registration of any optional extra extensions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GoTo Resolve has been a lifesaver, and I couldn't be happier with it. Our customers may quickly and simply submit a unique code to our support team with only one URL in mind. We have been able to gain better insight into the root of problems and implement permanent solutions because of the platform's ease of use. All of our IT services, including desktop support, have improved as a consequence.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since Logmein bought it, I've noticed that GoTo Resolve is less dependable than it formerly was. While we make every effort to ensure that you are logged in successfully, we cannot promise that everything will always be perfect. It's also puzzling why, despite having the same operating system and the latest updates installed, identical computers may sometimes run differently and why only one will ever be operational at any one moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's great because, in comparison to other solutions we've utilized, all we have to do to assist our consumers is forward them an email with a link. The possibility to include other agents is another feature that appeals to me.

The best IT management and remote support tool

What differentiates LogMeIn Resolve from other similar products?
With GoTo Resolve, we can quickly and simply access other machines in the office remotely to resolve a user's issue. Since we no longer have an in-house IT department, I plan to use Goto Resolve mostly for remote assistance during employee trainings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quickly connect to our clients' computers and start fixing their problems. Extremely user-friendly and simple to implement. In order to remotely access the computer or server of a customer in order to resolve an issue. Most importantly, it has sped up the problem-solving process. Using this program, we have been able to provide lightning-fast service, much to the delight of our clientele.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Despite the occasional bug, the software as a whole has been quite reliable and satisfying to use. There aren't many things I'd change about it. There isn't a significant problem area that needs fixing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If an employee needs my assistance during a training session but I am unable to be physically present, I may use GoTo to guide and monitor their progress remotely.
