What differentiates LogMeIn Rescue from other similar products?

Transferring the same remote session to available Team Member. Easy to take remote session with simply sending the url to the end user. Switching user to Admin account with Ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Switching to Admin account in the same remote session.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now,Nothing to dislike about the product it's good to go for Technical support Team members.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for Remote Administration to the end user,And session can be transferred to available team member if you are busy with other things And easy to switch Admin account from the remote session.

What differentiates LogMeIn Rescue from other similar products?

Other remote tools are not very easy to implement and takes time deploy, also doesn't need any additional installation required. When it comes to Logme I, it is just one click away Easy setup and does not require any complex setup to implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite part is file tranfer, that really most favorite part of all IT support And more is restarting and switching monitors made easy here.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing is dislike about this product. Sometimes it gets crashed and does not respond.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The recommendations are like, we need to take the elevated access without user intervention Sometimes users are overlooking the popups.

What differentiates LogMeIn Rescue from other similar products?

What separates LogMeIn Rescue from similar products is that it allows me to explain things the way I would if someone were sitting across the desk from me. A lot of problems are not solved by sending someone a link or pointing them to an FAQ. As a small business owner, I do not have a giant support staff. Every client interaction matters. Rescue allows me to provide a more personal experience without requiring someone to be in the same room. Instead of going back and forth through emails or text messages, I can show

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Helps me to walk clients through complicated issues in real time and provide a more personal experience than emails, texts, or FAQs can offer. It just feels personal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only problem I had was people I onboarded who weren't tech savvy had a hard time getting the hang of it, but that was more on my side, not the software side. I am a happy customer/user

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I always say, make an informed decision based on your needs. I give this a glowing review, but as with anything, double and triple check if it will be effective for you. Only you know your business better than anyone.
