What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility is the key success factor of Logi Symphony. Having a large amount of data allows you to extract specific information for each stakeholder depending on his/her position in the company: from the general picture to operational data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its data cleansing capabilities could be more robust. Before visualization, analysts spend a significant amount of time preprocessing data, which hampers their analysis work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have recently implemented an SCOR framework during a supply chain optimization project in which we developed an information system presenting a several layered dashboard with order delivery time, inventory, and shipping expenses. It made bottlenecks easy to identify, and there was an increase in fulfilling them, which reduced the overall fulfillment times by 18%.

What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

The depth to which it can be embedded and customized is its superpower. It is not a single BI application that you log into; it is an architecture of creating analytics in your own applications. We can do anything we want with the appearance and experience, and thus the charts and dashboards on the inside of our customer portal reflect our brand perfectly. It is as though it were an inherent part of our product and not a supplier's attached.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is the control that we have over the customer experience. We incorporated a dashboard that displays product usage patterns of individual clients, and this has been a massive success. From a marketing aspect, we have converted a conventional analytics tool into a strong product functionality, which we can advertise to get engagement and even upsells.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability of the custom dashboard development to create a dashboard that is easy to use by a business user is not as intuitive as other competitors. More complicated visualizations or data sources may need developer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Custom data report requests were frequent by our clients, and this was a tremendous strain on our staff. We have made our clients self-reliant by integrating Logi Symphony dashboards into our client portal. They are no longer requesting us to provide reports; rather, they are telling us how the new in-app analytics enabled them to identify a major trend. It has been able to make a support cost into a value-add feature that our customers have fallen in love with.

What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

One thing that I think makes Logi Symphony different from others is its ability to embed analytics. As I wanted to embed some white labeled analytics into my own platform and it proved a great choice to go with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's been proven to be a very fruitful platform for me in terms of data integration and embedded analytics. I must say its customer support center is one of the highly responsive ones and helpful indeed. Also, the drag-and-drop interface helped me a lot in building dashboards and reports, and it's also very user-friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Logi Symphony has been a great platform to work on, but it gets a bit complicated with large datasets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest that you first have the know-how of what tools you are going to integrate with Logi Symphony in order to avoid any resistance afterwards.
