What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

Highly customizable and flexible solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Feature set! There are so many it's hard to keep track of them all.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve. Because it is so flexible and can be arranged just how you want it, it requires a bit more thought on how you set everything up - from data connectors to dashboards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GREAT value for a BI tool. Concurrent licensing was a big draw for us. Recommend the product for sure, but also recommend budgeting for consulting services post-implementation. Will definitely help you with your transition from whatever BI tool you're currently using.
