Members of the recruiting team can work together with LinkedIn Talent Hub. Teams are able to collaborate effectively during the hiring process, share notes and criticism, and assess candidates as a group.

You can follow the entire hiring process, from applicant identification to interview and job offer, with LinkedIn Talent Hub. This helps you stay organized and handle each step of the process effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With LinkedIn Talent Hub, evaluating a candidate's aptitude based solely on the details supplied in their profile might be challenging for specialized technical talents.

Linkedin talent hub is a premium platform, and sometimes the cost of using this tool can be a concern for some new startups or smaller businesses with their limited budgets.
