What differentiates LinkedIn Talent Insights from other similar products?

I being the end user of this product and what really sets it apart from other similar products is that it used fresh, real time data from Linkedin’s own network not from outdated third party sources. It also easier to use with clear visuals and straightforward tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most important thing about this product is its access to real time talent movement. You can clearly see where people are coming from and going to which give a huge edge in workforce planning & competitor analysis

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product is limited to linkedin’s ecosystem only. If someone is not active on linkedin or their profile is not updated, they won’t be reflected in the data, which can skew results in certain industries or regions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Only use linkedin talent insights if your target talent pool is active on linkedin it works best for white collar & tech roles. Also, take time to learn its filters small tweaks can reveal big insights.
