What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Aspect of LinkedIn Talent Insights is its real-time visibility into the talent market — you can instantly see where skills are growing, which companies are hiring, and how talent moves, making workforce planning much more strategic and data-driven.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A drawback of LinkedIn Talent Insights is that it only reflects professionals active on LinkedIn and the cost can be quite high, making it less accessible for smaller organizations

LinkedIn Talent Insights provides unparalleled access to professional data, enabling recruiters to make informed decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with LinkedIn Recruiter enables users to leverage talent insights analytics capabilities within the recruitment workflow which I love most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Technical issues - some times it is slow loading and have technical glitches

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Users should clearly define their recruitments goals whether it is improving candidate sourcing or optimizing recruitments strategies and alway make sure you familiarize well with the platform to get the most out of talent insights. Best way to use this tool is setting up regular reporting and tracking and use this vast data for informed decisions.
