What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an IT professional involved in the implementation, my favorite aspect of Lightspeed eCom is its seamless integration capabilities with other business tools and systems. It simplifies the technical setup process while providing robust features that enhance the platform's scalability and adaptability, making it easier to align with business objectives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From an IT standpoint, while I'm overall satisfied with Lightspeed eCom, the one area that could be improved is the depth of customization options for more complex use cases. While it offers solid out-of-the-box features, handling unique scenarios sometimes requires additional workarounds or third-party integrations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There's not much to critique. The support has been reliable and responsive, and the product has presented very few issues. While it may not be perfect, it aligns very well with our needs and performs consistently.

It brings together an overall nice omnichannel experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Omnichannel. Cloud focused. Ease of use on ipad.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unreliability. Numerous outages. Lack of ingenuity and customization. Everything is an add-on. Ridiculously high fees for loyalty SMS texts.....is this 1990?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trial this product. Request a short-term agreement with an out if the product doesn't meet your needs. Be sure what features you need and do a true software selection among its competitors.
