What differentiates LemonadeLXP from other similar products?

It's very user friendly for the content-creator. It provides a fun way, using gamification, for our front-line to take training that has significantly increased their knowledge retention on our products and procedures over time. Unlike some other systems that take months to master as a content creator, this one is super easy with outstanding, professional results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a trainer, my favorite thing is that it's giving us proof in the built in analytics that the learners are actually learning the material. It's definitely apparent that Lemonade is helping with knowledge retention because their scores continue to improve. And of course, I love how user friendly it is to build courses. Anything that is user friendly saves me time, which I appreciate so much.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything! I actually had a few suggestions when we first signed on, but the company has addressed them and now it's better than ever!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! If you are considering a product to help learners stay immersed in product/procedure knowledge, this is it. I am a bank trainer, and our front line staff all love it, which, I know having been in training for years, most people groan when they are given online training for continuing education. We have people emailing my team all the time asking for more courses in Lemonade because they are all in a friendly competition with each other on who has the highest score. It's really the best, and the support we have received from Lemonade anytime we had questions has been better than any company we've worked with since I've been around.
