What differentiates Leadfeeder from other similar products?

As an enterprise SaaS company, we are invariably trying to better capture enterprise prospects and pursue them from each marketing and sales end. Leadfeeder provides us with a good plan of that qualified enterprise prospects are checking us out thus we can follow these leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Leadfeeder allowed our company to form a range of feeds to assist our account executives to reach out to new prospects. The feeds are simple to edit, and therefore the client service from Leadfeeder is the best possible I’ve seen from any organization. Our rep, Kalee, is usually prompt and thorough in responding to questions, and even sends videos so we can see first-hand what must be adjusted or what she adjusted for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was slightly confusing to get how some feeds cancel one another out, however when operating with Kalee, everything created sense again, and she helped us to grasp the logic and method of every feed and how it impacts others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The insights it provides regarding site guests are very thorough, helpful, and correct – and it links up with HubSpot and our different automation tools so the team has sensible visibility. Leadfeeder permits us to envision who is coming to our site – and therefore better target (and understand the effectiveness of our targeting) different segments. The system automation and therefore the ability to modify integrations with other applications are convenient.

What differentiates Leadfeeder from other similar products?

The ability, under the right conditions, you can get some accurate contact data for the individuals visiting your website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was able to get this up and running in a day. You would also be surprised how much noise(unwanted traffic) is coming to your website. It's rather easy to go into Leadfeeder and shut that all down with a click of a button

What do you dislike most about this product?

It seldom works as advertised. Leadfeeder paints a picture you'll have the name of the person, their number, and email, along with the name of the company they represent. That never happened. We would usually be provided the name of the company along with a general email+phone number. On other occasions, we would get personal information, but not company info.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You might want to give Whatconverts a try, it is slightly better in my opinion. Depending on your industry it could be a bad fit though. Think about it.

What differentiates Leadfeeder from other similar products?

The biggest difference from other competitors is that it gives more accurate data about the companies that access the website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Leadfeeder system provides serious support to our sales and marketing processes by identifying the companies that log in to our website but do not contact us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although rare, sometimes the company does not give their names or does not give them at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend. It is a tool that should be owned by the authorities in every company that sells from business to business, especially B2B.
