LaserFiche’s low barrier to entry with no code solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is definitely the incorporation of AI

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the price the most. I work for a small org.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to choose the right partner and get as much training as possible.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I only have experience with OnBase. We are able to do more. Forms, Workflow, and data capturing to templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Laserfiche Forms are easy to create and customize to your business needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Signature feature is hard to figure out. I still haven't been able to use it. If it is in Laserfiche Forms, it is easy. Outside of the Laserfiche for isn't as easy to the document.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the training courses to help you with lingo. You don't need to be an IT person to create Forms.
