Great product with plenty of feature and support

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I have only used Laserfiche so not sure how they compare. Has many more features in forms than what Microsoft has to offer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How it can interact with AD and SQL and the repository to get valuable insights to our data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

understanding regex functions when building forms or manipulating data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If on prem, make sure you have the right hardware. Laserfiche likes plenty of compute power

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Ease of configuration and scalability. The nice blend of feature capabilities and customizations. Often staff member thinks they have the ideal workflow for their tasks, but as I work with staff to reproduce their tasks I often find they can eliminate steps and they also realize that they can rely on the computing technology to transform their steps and steam line their work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to implement a solution and be able to tweak it after the fact when you realize the processes needs to change. It doesn't require a computer programmer to update the changes. The system has several ways to accomplish the same goal using different methods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just like most software solutions it requires licensees and that I find myself needing more as people want to expand their usage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You couldn't select a better salutation, that has more capabilities
