What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Very easy to use. Integrates well with scanning systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No learning curve. It is as easy as using MS document management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very time consuming and expensive to transfer data from Laserfiche to other HCM applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very good for storing physical paper documents. Very easy to manage rather than rummaging through piles of files and paper.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Reliable, easy to use, excellent security and do not have to restore from back up and you can stop people from deleting documents.

security file structure

support is slow and hard to access sometimes

do a trial run, fully train your staff and have more than on person supporting the product in house.
