What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

For our organization, Laserfiche was chosen as our main ECM because of its reputation around security and ease of use for our clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First, my favorite aspect is the Laserfiche culture; everyone I have interacted with throughout the company is approachable and ready to help with warmth. Second, Laserfiche is highly intuitive if you are familiar with relational databases and easy to learn for those that are not.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Aspire trainings are sometimes clunky to click through.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation would be for anyone who is considering Laserfiche to think beyond document storage. Laserfiche is most valuable when you use it as a platform for process improvement, automation, metadata governance, and long-term records strategy.
